Data Deletion Instructions

Applies to SalesForge by Signity Solutions, including data obtained through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. See also our Privacy Policy (Section 11).

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. Use the form below, or email parmod@signitysolutions.com directly. We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity before acting, and we confirm completion of every verified request. Verified deletions are completed within 30 days, except data we must retain for legal, billing, security, or dispute-resolution purposes and residual copies in encrypted backups purged on our standard rotation.

If you are a SalesForge customer or workspace user

A workspace admin can request deletion of the workspace/account by emailing parmod@signitysolutions.com from the email address associated with the account. We deactivate the account and delete the associated personal data — including connected-account credentials (OAuth tokens, API keys), WhatsApp/Meta platform data, prospect data, and message history.

If you connected WhatsApp through Meta (Embedded Signup)

To delete data obtained via Meta's platform — access tokens, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and phone number identifiers, and WhatsApp message data — disconnect the WhatsApp integration in the product and/or email parmod@signitysolutions.com with the subject "Meta Data Deletion Request", including your workspace name and WABA/phone number ID if known. We also honor deletion requests received from Meta when a business removes our app's access to their WhatsApp assets.

If you received messages from a business using SalesForge

The business that contacted you controls your data; you can ask them to delete it directly. You can also: reply with an opt-out keyword (e.g., "STOP") to stop WhatsApp messages, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us at parmod@signitysolutions.com — we will forward the request to the relevant business and assist with deletion as their data processor.
